How to define Stages, add a Stage Description, and set Stage KPIs.
Every Playbook is divided into columns. We call these columns stages. The Stage Titles are marked in blue and are customizable by double clicking on the title.
If you click on a Segment in the Stage, you can add the description of what the Stage means to you.
You can then further define the Stages quantitatively or qualitatively by adding Stage Targets. It is important to set Stage goals to hit in order to promote each Segment to the next stage.
You can also edit it and move the KPIs by clicking the pencil icon above the KPI Section.
